ZEF is an international and interdisciplinary institute aiming to contribute with its research, education and policy dialogue to enhancing sustainable (human) development and combating poverty in Asia, Africa and Latin America. ZEF has been conducting academic and (post-) doctoral education and training of young scientists and academics from developing and transition countries for the past twenty years.

University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana/Institute for Statistical Social and Economic Research

Institute for Statistical Social and Economic Research is conducting research in the social sciences in order to generate solutions for national development. It currently serves as the research wing under the College of Humanities, University of Ghana. The institute engages in policy relevant research whose findings are intended to help policy makers on the best policy decisions to make for national development.

Université Abdou Moumouni Niamey, Niger/Faculty of Science and Technology

Université Abdou Moumouni is the largest and most acknowledged University in Niger. The Faculty of Sciences and Techniques has five departments and runs 15 different master programs. The Faculty of Science and Technology, which hosts WACS-SRT, is engaged in large number of international research and capacity building programs
